Week of March 14th

Welcome Scholars!

Monday, March 14th:

Please bring your vocabulary book to class.
Your journal entry will be: Write a short story using ten of your vocabulary words.
Read THE BLUEST EYE. Be sure to keep a reading log for this book!

Tuesday, March 15th:

Again, bring your vocabulary book to class and write a short story using ten of your vocabulary words.
I will assign some sort of grammar homework to you but unfortunately, I have to find another grammar book than the one I was going to give you. Now don't be disappointed, but the ones we had last semester are ALL CHECKED OUT! So I have to find new ones for you.

Thursday, March 17th:

Collect Unit 6 from VOCABULARY WORKSHOP. Go over in class.
Test over Unit 6 will be next Tuesday, March 22nd.
